At the end of November KC was contacted by a very concerned employee of a warehouse in Pretoria West. They discovered 3 kittens in their factory/warehouse and they were more than willing to care for them, the only problem was that they kept triggering the alarm as they were playing.
KC agreed to take them into our care and when taken to the vet for a checkup, it
was discovered that this little ginger is actually disabled. These kittens are all
little males and about 3 months old. The little ginger is very sweet and healthy
for his condition, but will remain at KC as a special needs kitty as he might develop
bad hips and other problems later. He has a very squint eye as well as genetically
deformed hindlegs.
As for the two siblings... little Kahlua has recovered from acid
burns on his paws and is now ready to go to a new home. Kahlua is very handsome (and
he knows it) and very affectionate. He is happy to be a lapcat
... little Guinness
is still very "wild" and traumatised and will stay at KC for as long as it takes
to rehabilitate him.
